Ceonothus ‘Blue Mound’ s a mid sized shrub that hasa low growing habit with intense light blue flowers (almost lilac) that smother the dark foliage throughout the spring. The foliage is evergreen, giving year round cover and consists of small ovate leaves that are glossy in appearance.
