2.1 Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in describing our:

• A-Z plant collections (Houseplants, Perennials, Shrubs, Bamboos & Grasses, Bonsai, Climbers, Conifers)
• Gardening tools (Cutting Tools, Digging Tools, Automatic Watering systems, Connectors & Accessories)
• Pet care products (Cat Beds, Dog Coats & Clothing, Collars Leads & Harnesses)

However, slight variations in color or size may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

2.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase subject to these terms. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

3.3 Pricing

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.2 Delivery Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.

4.3 Receipt of Goods

You must inspect goods upon delivery. Report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours to [email protected].

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for:

• Unused items in original packaging
• Plants showing no signs of wilting or post-delivery damage
• Pet products unwashed with tags attached

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns on:

• All live plants
• Opened Care Products or Cat Food
• Installed/used Bug Houses
• Used gardening tools

5.3 Return Process

1. Email [email protected] within 15 days with “Return Request” and order number
2. Include photos and reason for return
3. We’ll provide return authorization within 2 business days
4. Ship items to: Hozelock Store Returns, 27 Union St, Aberdeen, GB AB4X 7LB using trackable method

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed mind returns
• We cover return shipping only if the error was ours

6. User Responsibilities

If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

While we take utmost care, we cannot guarantee survival of live plants after delivery due to varying growing conditions.
